Learn the art of fermentation by exploring the creation of a wholly digestible and delicious vegetarian/vegan and gluten free meal.
We will be making Masala Dosa and its accompaniments, offering Incomparable flavours, textures and colours in living foods.
We will use a range of fermenting practises to make these, learn why ferments are the safest foods on earth, why and how to utilise fermentation at home.
Masala dosa and all its delicious accompaniments including the making of ghee, the dosa batter, masala potatoes, channa dal (a fragrant side dish), Indian lime pickles, coconut chutney raita and carrot and cardamon pickles.
